It is now engaged in the 3rd version of certification. A visit by visiting experts will take place in May 2013.
The Centre Médico-Chirurgical Floréal's Quality and Risk Management approach is an in-depth process that mobilises all our professionals around a common objective: to work better together to ensure quality care and improve patient satisfaction.
This approach gives rise to numerous improvement actions and is assessed every 4 years by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) during a "certification" procedure. This covers the organisation and general operation of the establishment, as well as care practices and patient information.
The assessment is carried out by independent experts. It culminates in the drafting of a report (which can be consulted by the public on the HAS website: www.has-sante.fr), and the awarding of a certification level.

All of the establishment's professionals are involved in Professional Practice Evaluation (PPE) initiatives to optimise the methods and protocols used.
