Gender equality index 2023

In accordance with the "Professional Future" law of 5 September 2018 and its implementing decree aimed at eliminating gender gaps, Clinique Floréal publishes its M/F equality index. It corresponds to a level of result relating to existing pay and promotion gaps between men and women within its establishment.
