Organisation of cancer care at C.M.C Floréal

For over thirty years, the C.M.C FLOREAL has been involved in cancer care, from prevention to palliative care.

Our technical facilities :

• 10 outpatient chemotherapy places
• 1 acute medical oncology department
• 1 digestive and visceral surgery department
• 1 Continuing Care Unit
• 1 Cardiology Intensive Care Unit
• 10 palliative care beds
• PET scan and radiotherapy*

A multidisciplinary team, our team is made up of :

• Three oncologists: medical oncologist, radiotherapy oncologist
• Digestive and visceral surgeons
• Organ specialists: gastroenterologists, urologists, gynaecologists, neurosurgeons, cardiologists, pneumologists, etc.
• A care team
• A nursing consultation
• A dietician
• A psychologist
• A social worker

Our patients can take advantage of complementary well-being activities to optimise their comfort (socio-aesthetician, physiotherapist, pleasure menu, etc.).

Partnerships with cancer care networks provide additional support. If necessary, we can seek advice from cancer treatment centres (CLCC), thanks to the presence of CLCC practitioners in our establishment.

A personalised care pathway

We began providing patients with a Personalised Care Plan (PCP) in 2008. The therapeutic management of all our patients is decided at Multidisciplinary Consultation Meetings (RCP). A regular oncology staff meeting is held in the department with the hospital team.

High-performance technical facilities

Our technical facilities (conventional radiology, Doppler, ultrasound, mammography, 128-bar scanner installed in March 2016 and MRI) enable us to provide effective care for our cancer patients.
