Clinique Floréal

Organisation of the establishment

Throughout your stay at the Centre Médico-Chirurgical Floréal, everyone involved will be at your service to guarantee you a stay that combines safety, comfort and well-being.

The MEDICAL team

Your practitioner will work with you to decide on the therapeutic direction and care to be given to you.
In partnership with the referring anaesthetist (particularly for pain management), he or she will ensure that you receive the best possible care. Following your stay, the anaesthetist will send your GP an operative and/or hospitalisation report to ensure your follow-up.

The PARAMEDICAL team

All your contacts wear a lab coat so that you can identify them.

  • The director of care supervises all the nursing staff. At your request during your stay, she can come and meet you.
  • The department managers (white uniform with green piping) are the practitioner's main contact with the department. They ensure the smooth running of the department and the quality of patient care on their ward.
  • The nurses (white uniform) provide the care and treatment prescribed by the doctor, and carry out constant surveillance. They can give you advice about your health.
  • The care assistants (pink uniforms for women; blue uniforms for men) are there to provide you with all the care and comfort you need (toilet, help with meals, moving around, etc.).
  • The students are there to perfect their skills. Closely supervised by their elders, they may be called upon to provide you with care.
  • The hospital service staff (light pink uniform) are responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of your rooms. They work with the nursing assistants to distribute meals and respond to your specific requests (jugs of water, etc.).
  • The medical radiology technicians are directly involved in the diagnosis by carrying out the examinations prescribed by the medical team.
  • The stretcher-bearer transports you between the various departments, taking care to ensure your comfort.

Your ADMINISTRATIVE contacts

  • The secretaries at the admissions office will welcome you to deal with all your administrative formalities.
  • The medical secretary is the point of contact between the department's medical team and your GP.
  • LOGISTICS STAFF They play an active role in ensuring patient safety and comfort by operating and maintaining the clinic's premises, medical and IT equipment and many other services, such as catering and laundry.
